Pema has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Sociology at Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore, and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at CMR University. Initially embarking on a career as a Remedial/Special Educator at The Learning Arc and later pursuing an opportunity to teach Psychology for a short period at the Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education, she has been able to work with a diverse set of individuals in the field. At EAV, Pema actively contributes to the development and support of children with autism and other developmental delays. Throughout her career, she has found a deep fulfillment in working with children. She is passionate about creating individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based interventions that empower each child to thrive in their own unique way. This dedication continues to inspire her commitment to the field and drive the work done on a daily basis.
