About the Clinical Director

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Sociology at Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore, from 2013 to 2015. Following this, I pursued a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at CMR University, graduating in 2017.
In 2017, I embarked on my career as a Remedial/Special Educator at The Learning Arc, where I worked until 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I had the opportunity to teach Psychology for a short period at the Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education.

In 2020, I began my professional journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at Stepping Stones, Bangalore, where I worked as a Behavioral Therapist until 2022. Since 2022, I have been with Early Autism Ventures, where I actively contribute to the development and support of children with autism and other developmental delays.

Throughout my career, I have found deep fulfillment in working with children. I am passionate about creating individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based interventions that empower each child to thrive in their own unique way. This dedication continues to inspire my commitment to the field and drive the work I do every day.
