MaKenzie Johns is the Chief Executive Officer for Early Autism Services Private Limited (EASPL) in India. MaKenzie is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with a master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in applied behavior analysis from Capella University. She has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Psychology from The Ohio State University. She aspires to create well-rounded, socially inclusive programs for each child by working towards the generalization of skills in the home, and in the community.

Suchitra Choudhury

Suchitra Choudhury is the Chief Executive Officer of Early Autism Services Private Limited (EASPL) in India. She completed her ABA course sequence from the University of Florida and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida. She pursues the ethical application of the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis in various domains.

Suchitra has 10 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and is passionate about effectively using scientifically proven techniques in the reduction of problem behaviour and to increase appropriate behaviour. She is keenly interested in learning and spreading knowledge and information about ABA with people from all walks of life.

Amanda Augustine
Chief Operations Officer

Amanda Augustine is the Chief Operating Officer of Early Autism Services India. She joined EAS in 2021 as a Behaviour Technician and quickly showed the potential for working in an operational role. She is a gold medallist master’s degree holder in Social work from Christ University, Bangalore. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Minds College of Special Education, Mumbai.

Vincent Scarlata

Vincent Scarlata is the Chief Financial Officer at EAS and provides support to families throughout their relationship with EAS. He graduated from DePaul University with a finance and business management degree in 2010. He spent 6 years working as a client service specialist and account manager for a Chicago financial institution. He has also been a long time supporter of local nonprofit organizations that provide services to children and adults with autism and other disabilities.

Suneila Lewis has been working in the field for six years and continues to learn something new every day. Her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis began when she recognized the value placed on data—it allowed her to observe and validate the positive changes being made.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and became a certified International Behavior Analyst in 2023. Her passion for learning remains strong, and she is committed to ongoing growth in the field.

Suneila is particularly interested in developing comprehension through natural environment techniques, play-based methods, and generative learning. She is equally dedicated to working ethically and gaining a deep understanding of the children she supports.

Jijina C. is the Clinical Director at Bangalore and a QBA candidate. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jain University. From an early age, Jijina knew she wanted to work with children, a passion that grew stronger with her love for her Intro to Psychology course .

In her professional life, Jijina finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be watching her clients make progress and learn new skills. She is dedicated to implementing socially-valid interventions that have a meaningful and positive impact on her clients’ lives, helping them achieve greater independence and functional communication.

Outside of work, Jijina enjoys unwinding by watching Netflix and exploring different cuisines.

Ansu is the Clinical Director at Early Autism Services, Sahakarnagar branch, Bangalore. She completed her Master’s degree in social work, specializing in medical and psychiatric social work. Ansu is currently pursuing her certification to become a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA). She has rich experience working with a wide variety of clients, such as toddlers, adolescents, and neurodiverse children. She is very passionate about serving individuals and has a deep interest in learning new approaches and techniques emerging in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). She has a keen interest in perpetuating skill acquisition and behavior management, ensuring the success of clients and the satisfaction of families. She believes children making progress as a result of the successful and ethical application of ABA techniques is the most rewarding career.

Shilpa is the Clinical Director at EAS JP Nagar, Bangalore. She is a QBA candidate and has completed her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Jain University, Bangalore. Early on in her career, she discovered ABA therapy and has been devoted to it ever since. It is her passion to work with young kids and to help them become more capable and independent. Her aim is to spread awareness about Autism and ABA therapy within the community. During her free time, Shilpa enjoys cooking, traveling, and watching series.

Anusree is a QBA (Qualified Behaviour Analyst) candidate with a strong interest in early intervention that began early in her career. She holds an undergraduate degree in counselling psychology and a postgraduate degree in applied psychology. During her studies and internship at a psychiatric hospital, Anusree was introduced to early intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which sparked a deep passion for the field. Over the past seven years, she has been working with neurodivergent individuals, gaining valuable experience in supporting children to become more independent in their daily lives. Her passion lies in enhancing functional communication skills and fostering social inclusion for children. She is also deeply committed to understanding each child’s unique strengths and using them as a foundation to build confidence and promote personal growth for them. During her personal time, Anusree enjoys reading books, watching movies and series, painting, and spending time with animals.

Supreet Batra

Supreet Batra is the Clinical Director for Early Autism Ventures. She has a master’s degree in psychological counseling and approximately 8 years of experience dealing with a neurodiverse population ranging in age from 2.5 to 22 years old. She has worked in both schools and at home and has extensive expertise in a variety of settings, whether 1:1 or in groups. Supreet is passionate about behavioral therapy and is committed to developing tailored ways to promote skill development and behavior control. She enjoys working with teams and keeping up with the newest developments in applied behavior analysis (ABA). She derives immense satisfaction from seeing children improve through structured, ethical, and evidence-based therapies (ABA). Outside of work, Supreet enjoys baking and playing badminton.

Vandana Sinha

Ms Vandna is a Lead Occupational therapist at Early Autism Ventures, India. She has with approx. 11 years of working experiences. She carries her Master degree from SVNIRTAR, Odisha.
Ms. Vandna is certified in Sensory Integration certification module 1 and 4 from university of southern California. She is also certified in Wheelchair training by WHO. She is certified in Brain Gym 104 and 112 , Crispiany movement program. and Oral Placement Therapy Level 1.
She has a vast experience in working with children with neurodiversity. She believes that every child has a potential and we should provide equal opportunity to all. Also, she believes to empower the parents to become the best facilitator to their children.

Pema_Doma

Pema Doma

Ms. Pema Doma is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) candidate who began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, and Sociology from Jyoti Nivas College, Bangalore (2013–2015). She went on to earn her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from CMR University in 2017.

She began her professional career as a Remedial/Special Educator at The Learning Arc in 2017, where she worked until 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she took on a short teaching role at the Dalai Lama Institute of Higher Education, where she taught undergraduate Psychology. In 2020, Ms. Pema entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavioural Therapist at Stepping Stones in Bangalore, where she worked until 2022.

Since then, she has been working at Early Autism Ventures, where she plays a key role in the clinical planning and implementation of programs for children with autism and other developmental delays. She is actively involved in assessment, curriculum development, and ongoing support for each child.

Ms. Pema finds equal joy in both designing individualised, evidence-based programs and working hands-on with children. Her approach is rooted in compassion and respect for each child’s unique learning style and pace. She believes that meaningful progress comes from understanding the child deeply and supporting them consistently, whether it’s through structured teaching or shared moments during play. This balanced engagement—between thoughtful planning and direct interaction—inspires and drives her ongoing commitment to the field.

Sarah Elsa Abraham

Sarah Elsa Abraham is a dedicated and compassionate speech-language pathologist whose educational journey began at Christian Medical College Vellore, where she completed her bachelor’s degree. Her time at the developmental pediatrics unit fueled her passion for specializing in speech-language pathology, leading her to pursue her master’s at the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing in Mysore.

With over three years of experience, Sarah has focused on working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.  As a certified feeding and oral placement therapist (Level 1), she specializes in addressing communication, speech, language, and feeding difficulties in children. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, Sarah strives to empower children to become strong communicators.

Sarah firmly believes in the unique abilities of each child and their inherent voice, waiting to be heard. Her approach involves not only working directly with the children but also empowering parents. She is convinced that when parents are equipped with the right guidance, they can unlock their children’s potential.

With a strong academic background in biology and psychology, and hands-on experience working with autistic children in both India and the U.S. She brings a deep understanding of neurodiversity and individualized care. Her role focuses on overseeing client progress, coordinating care plans, supporting parent engagement, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. She is committed to early intervention and inclusive support systems that empower each child to thrive.
